I hired Cody and his team to fully renovate an investment (flip) property and both the process and end product were truly remarkable. They understood my budget and mapped out all necessary components within that budget so I knew what would be spent where, as well as how long each component would take. They were honest, communicative, collaborative, and professional throughout the renovation, and their eye for design and detail was impeccable. Based on their recommendations we did end up a little over budget, but I think that was the right call to make the greatest impact on my buyer prospects.
