Nest Home Renovations is the culmination of decades of experience in construction and real estate. We are a team of agents, investors, general contractors, master carpenters, and licensed tradesmen who also hold strong relationships with local engineers, roofers, landscapers, glassmakers, and the like. Essentially, we are a full service one-stop shop for any type of home renovation/remodeling needs.

The principal, Cody Hobza, grew up working construction jobs and developed a strong interest in building, architecture and design. He later began to hone his interest and expertise through updating and customizing his own personal homes, and his work as a real estate agent has afforded him an even deeper understanding of the various aspects of construction and further enhanced his eye for design. He is tuned in to current trends and strives to blend modern elements in a bold yet timeless way when working on big renovation projects.

Over the years, Cody has established relationships with some of the best contractors in Austin, many of whom are now a part of Nest. Together, they have invested in several successful renovation projects of their own, and have assisted many others in achieving their real estate and home renovation goals.
